The nominations were:

1998/99 - Bradford City earned promotion to the promised land of the Premier League to ensure top flight football for the Bantams for the first time in 77 years.

2012/13 - City reached the Capital One Cup Final and secured promotion via the League 2 Play-Off Final.

1999/00 - City defied all the odds to maintain their Premier League status in the final game of the season by beating Liverpool in front of a sold-out Valley Parade.

1995/96 - The Bantams won promotion into the old Division One via a Wembley win in the Division Two Play-Off Final against Notts County.

1910/11 - Finishing an impressive fifth place in the top flight, City also won the FA Cup for the first time in the club's history.

The nominees were: 

Paul Jewell – Guided Bradford to the Premier League and kept them in the division at the first time.

Phil Parkinson - Led Bradford to the League Cup Final and promotion into League 1 in the same season.

Peter O'Rourke - Managed Bradford for a combined spell of 18 years over two separate spells. He also led City to victory in the 1911 FA Cup Final.

Trevor Cherry - Cherry managed the club to the 1984/95 Third Division title. Managing the club for seven seasons, Cherry gave the football club stability during a difficult period for City due to financial worries and the tragedy of the Valley Parade Fire Disaster.
