Mark Yates - The club was on the verge of a meltdown before Yates was appointed and he restructured everything both on and off the pitch. He transformed the club into a promotion-chasing side and took the club to Wembley in 2012 for the League 2 Play-Off FInal, only to lose at the final hurdle.
